MTV Greece is the Greek version of the channel MTV , which started broadcasting on September 1, 2008. MTV Greece sends mainly Greek, British and American music, shows, MTV, like Date My Mom Made, Nitro Circus , RoomRaiders, America's Most Smartest Model , and others that are subtitled Greek headlines, and three show that the Greek MTV produces itself (Hitlist Hellas Pulse MTV MTV Take 20). Currently, only terrestrial broadcasts in Athens, and via satellite to the rest of Greece and Cyprus . MTV Greece also has a local version, which is broadcast in Thessaloniki and which is named MTV + MTV Greece inaugural party held at the Panathinaiko Stadium in Athens, October 5, 2008, which was attended by REM , Kaiser Chiefs , Gabriella Cilmi and C: Real . The concert was also broadcast live in Italy on MTV Italy , and France ( MTV France ), Portugal ( MTV Portugal ) and Spain ( MTV Spain )
